BTA organized a launch for a DVD magazine (REAL DEAL DVD MAGAZINE) held at the Malaika Cine club.
Our role included:
- Venue booking, Menu selection and arrangement supervision, logistics
- Managed the guest list and delivered 300 invitation cards
- RSVP-confirmation calls
- Coordinated media support
- Design of event
- Decor and setting
- Provision of Ushers
- Provision of projectors
- Entertainment management ( singers, dance troupe, band and DJ)
- Security provision
- Overall planning, coordination and supervision
